Lerici

The Oratory of San Rocco is a very interesting building, a religious site located in the historic center of Lerici not to mention the bell tower, formerly a lookout tower. The Church of “San Francesco”, with its two paintings by “Fiasella”, and “Palazzo Doria”, with its museum, are certainly worth a visit. Lerici is a pretty seaside village characterized by a little harbor hosting the dock for the “Cinque Terre” and “Portovenere”. One can reach the “Venere Azzurra” wide beach and the sandy “San Terenzo” one through a lovely walk along the sea promenade. The hills overlooking the sea and the rich vegetation shape this landscape: an enchanting panoramic path leading to Fiascherino and Tellaro, hillside villages enclosing hidden bays. The “Caletta of Lerici” is a small inlet included in the rough coastline that overlooks a fantastic islet. Finally, Lerici’s mild climate allows a pleasant stay all year round.
